"We are pleased with the progress so far to refocus Embarcadero on the needs of developers. We have an innovative R&D process that allows us to scale and accelerate product development. We are deploying that process for Delphi, C++ Builder, and other Embarcadero products. We took over 6 months to validate that this process can support the RAD Studio family of products (admittedly complex), and feel confident that we can successfully execute on our Roadmaps (already doing this on several fronts, including VCL updates). We have a lot of important initiatives underway that should excite our many customers, from evolution of the IDE, to Linux Support, to CL and FMX updates, to more open integration with other tool-chains. I think that it is a good time to be an Embarcadero customer – we have a truly passionate product team that wants to build on a strong legacy, but also make their own mark. Specifically to our many Delphi customers in France and French speaking countries, we truly appreciate your investment in our products and we are committed to support your success in the future. We should jointly highlight the wonderful projects completed with Delphi and inspire new developers."
